'Hourglass' is an alternative R&B/pop record infused with melodic rap influences that explores the idea that time is the purest expression of love. Inspired by the way we constantly weigh what’s worth our attention, the song reflects on the internal conflict of giving yourself wholeheartedly versus only investing where your love is returned.

The lyric “enchanted in your hourglass, I never want time to pass lately” becomes the emotional center of the record. The release is accompanied by a visual rollout that expands on the song’s themes of time, emotional cycles, and transformation. The music video incorporates the ouroboros—a symbol representing eternity and repetition—opening with a snake’s sand trail moving in a loop before revealing LE-VI emerging from its shed skin, representing the process of breaking free from patterns and evolving beyond them.
